SN-95 candy dish?

I found this among a deceased relative's stuff. It is from Town East Ford. It had hard candies in it and used to have a label on the bottom that said "Bring this with you and save $200 toward your next purchase" or something like that. Ever seen one before?

Appears to be a 94/95 Mustang. Kinda cool.
