Frost is a good bank. I have a credit union for personal, but we use Frost for some business banking at our company and they are always good.

I'd use them if they were anywhere close to me. BOA annoys me and I'd like to have a card that says "Frost" in my wallet other than my CVMA ID card

Been getting annoyed with bofa thru my home loan process and them delaying closing due to stupid document requirements they tell me days in advance. Might try frost but leaning towards giving penfed a try even though you have to donate to get in if you are not military.
