We went 2 1/2 days without power a few weeks back while the people across the street had power. Fucking frustrating as hell to say the least. Sorry your dealing with the cold Barry.

We went down for 3 days with no power when there was ice. I got an alert this morning saying that Texas' energy requirements were running at capacity so there was the possibility of them doing something about it.

My Dad has gotten so tired of rigging up his welder every time the power goes out he is about to invest in a standby generator. It has been happening a couple times a month here lately. Since he is on water well no electricity=no water and 2 angry women in his house.
