Jumper! 35w/i20

I was just taking the I20 west to 35W South bridge when I look over and see a bro with his feet hanging OVER THE EDGE at it's highest point. Right then a cop came flying up behind him and jumped out of the car. As I'm merging onto i35 another patrol car pulled up to block the entrance ramp.

The one day that bridge isnt solid traffic.

Time was 4:24PM.

Any of yall take that way home?

I believe he was driving an 80's red t-bird with a primer black hood. Possibly broke down but I highly doubt it. Hood wasnt up, and that's not exactly how I'd sit and wait for a ride.
