Can someone run a quick background check for me?

I can send info privately to you. I am close on renting out my property and if the folks check out I can close a deal before I head out of town. The rental application places might take a few days.

Nice folks, they say they have no junk on their civil or criminal history. Their financials check out so far...

Anyway, I know it's Christmas Eve, but what the heck. I am trying to take care of business.
