I've never been a big fan of the "funny" gift exchanges. And typically, when buying for a gift exchange, I would just buy something that I would like.

We just did one at work today and there were a handful of shitty gifts. I nabbed one that I really wanted, but it got stolen from me later. I ended up with a bottle of wine.
