  • I need a favor from a machinist or access to a metal lathe?

Im rebuilding an older 4X7 bandsaw and I need a bushing thats 38od X 35id x 1.3" . I dont have access to a lathe or I'd build it myself. This bushing is for the bearings that the drive wheel ride on. Not sure how much it would cost me or if I should just buy some different bearings. The issue I have with buying new bearings is that I havent been able to find good quailty bearings and I have some 6202-2rs koyo's I can use.

not yet. It doesnt hav to be brass or anything. I think a piece of cold roll steel would work.

Is that supposed to be a .35 ID or is it really a 35in ID?
