I don't know if they still do it or not, but the 'beans' used to be a dried powder product, that they mixed with water in a kettle in the store. I know of several instances of employees pissing in combination to adding water when mixing the bean product.


I seriously doubt they still do it this way, with all the work they have put in getting the per store equipment package down.

As for bugs, it's the nature of the beast. Every restaurant has a pest problem. You can't contain all that food in one place, and expect to not have bugs. It's just reality. Obviously, some restaurants put forth more effort in prevention/control than others, but every restaurant is susceptible to massive bug issues. Obviously, it amplifies with mass production facilities.

A lot of it happens everywhere and I've learned to just accept it and not think about it; but there are several places I will never step foot in again, because it was just that fucking disgusting.
