Cold weather, Ice, Snow

Wow. Just went outside and aside from some intermittent air traffic it is DEAD SILENT. No I30 noise at all, no birds, nothing. I could literally hear someone drive over the Davis Bridge from my house and tell that that was what the noise was coming from. Crazy.

Flew out on Thursday so I missed it, but it's 3am and I'm lonely while on an hour hold with AA trying to figure out how to get home after my canceled flight...

Total time stranded in traffic 23 hours... 11 in weatherford and 12 in west fort worth. Luckily I'm in a big truck so I've idled the whole time.

Last I heard, it's supposed to get up to 35 (only for an hour or so) with overcast skies.

I'll be honest, today driving around was pretty damn bad. I won't be going out again tomorrow morning, that's for sure.

Whereabouts did you drive? I drove around Duncanville and Oak Cliff and had no problems. Need to venture out to Frys to buy a NIC.
