If you're talking about the HERA bonds the article mentions, it also says Dallas voluntarily forfeited that money. There's got to be more to the story that the article doesn't mention. As presented though, I still don't see the problem.



That I can agree with.

They forfeited just for that project, kept all the other money they receive from hud for various other projects. Bet those projects stipulate the terms have to be followed county/citywide.

The black attorney general isnt going against/after a black democratic senator who is needed by the black democratic president to push his democratic/ socialist policies that benefits blacks more than other races.

JWP isnt going to get prosecuted because he pushes the local supporters to EBJ and thus she is providing protection from legislation.

It probably doesn't help that the state is being cautious as to not seem like its racially profiling and targeting minorities.
