We have rear license plate lights mandatory, but no front plate light mandatory?

Because no matter what the cops here tell you, having a front plate is useless to them in identifying a vehicle/driver - except of course they can use it as probable cause for a stop, or even a little revenue generation when needed.

i think cops only really want them there so they can radar you easier.
