Ford Service needed

Who is a Ford Service Advisor here? I need our 2002 Explorer towed to the dealership and have the fuel pump replaced.

I dont know who is one, but id like to find a good dealership to support. Im looking at getting a 2 year old F250 King Ranch and cant find any dealership local that wants to take my money to install cab/clearance lights-the factory ones. You would think if it were a part you sell, made by Ford, they would install it for you.
