I actually kept my living room around 68-69 degrees all weekend from just using the fire. Thermo is right in the hallway directly off the living room, and the heater never kicked on, and had it at 67 just in case it dropped. Rest of the house was a tad chilly, but I just hang out in there anyway, so it was pretty good.

You're fucking nuts.

We keep our t-stat at ~63 during the day and 58 at night. We would be horribly uncomfortable at 68 lol
