          There are quite a few of them in south east texas also.

            I drive past this quite often..



            ... where it says view the eagles from the highway. The nest is about 75 yards from the highway, and there is a place dedicated for cars to pull over and take pictures.

              I spotted a couple on Lake Ray Hubbard this summer, reports of seeing probably the same birds on the North side of Forney and Heath.

              If you go to Lake Whitney there are quite a few down there.
              Doing enough racing for 99% of the board!

                      If you want Bald Eagles, come to Emory 60 miles E of Dallas. We have Bald Eagles around Tawakoni and Lake Fork. Somebody around here does tours too.

                        I haven't seen one since I moved from Montana. had em all over out there, didn't even know Texas had any. Wouldn't mind seein more of em out here.

                          I see them everyday here in Missouri. Especially living close the the Lake of the Ozarks. Never get tired of seeing them though. Beautiful birds!
