Bald Eagles...

Around Dallas/Ft Worth they are.

Drive an hour and a half southwest of D/FW, 174 and the brazos river to be exact.

I've seen quite a few of them down there while wakeboarding on the river.

I spotted a couple on Lake Ray Hubbard this summer, reports of seeing probably the same birds on the North side of Forney and Heath.

If you go to Lake Whitney there are quite a few down there.

If you want Bald Eagles, come to Emory 60 miles E of Dallas. We have Bald Eagles around Tawakoni and Lake Fork. Somebody around here does tours too.

I haven't seen one since I moved from Montana. had em all over out there, didn't even know Texas had any. Wouldn't mind seein more of em out here.

I see them everyday here in Missouri. Especially living close the the Lake of the Ozarks. Never get tired of seeing them though. Beautiful birds!
