          they have some pretty neat cruises it looks like.... That might be fun for a short weekend getaway.

            Yeah, I've always wanted to see bald eagles in nature, not a zoo. I bought a fricken 35MM camera and zoom lens about 8 years ago, but then never took the trip.

                        I saw two bald eagles at Purtis Creek State Park in Eustace about 6 months ago. They're not that rare any more.

                            True. But, when I was in grade school they were endangered. Now I've seen 4 of them in the wild and I'm by no means a bird watcher. Just a hunter and fisherman. The other two were near Paris, TX at a game ranch.
