About 6 squad cars parked, they have about 10 teen age looking black kids sitting on the ground, not handcuffed. Anyone know what the deal is?

I did see a couple of high school kids fighting at the apartment complex next door yesterday with a bunch of them egging it on. Might have something to do with that. It was kinda entertaining.

Yeah on Friday there was about 12 of them urging two kids to fight. They went behind the fence from where I live and commenced to slapping the hell out of each other for a few minutes lol.
