Hopefully the punishment isn't too severe, considering his unblemished record, sounds like a good cop that got caught up in the moment.

The punishment should fit the "crime." If he's otherwise a good officer, then canning him doesn't allow for him to learn from the mistake, and become a better officer. Wreck less driving is exactly what we want, reckless driving, however, is dangerous.

I see turbo baggers all the time up at Longhorn HD. Nothing new. But, the air cleaner is on the right side of the Harley, and do you see a turbo on that bike? No. All the turbo kits I've seen are always on the right side of the bike.
