  • cop loses job for racing motorcycle

Did a search and got nothing. I think a suspension would have been plenty of punishment. Not like they were going all out. Just having fun.

doesn't look like they actually exceeded the speed limit though.

Ninja post. You guys are quick!!!! He shouldn't have been fired though. Yes he screwed up, but is the other guy gonna face charges as well?!

Of all the things some bad cops have done that they barely get a slap on a wrist yet this guy loses his job? WTF? I guess if he had pulled over and berated the biker then pistol whipped and shot him he would just be on "administrative leave".

That vid put a smile on my face. Didnt see anything excessive and for the most part good hearted. At least thats the way I saw it. Yet you could shoot and kill an unarmed person and not get fired.

Long before everyone had gopros I had raced a cop or 2 and it was always a good time for them and I.

One time we were riding about 7 deep down 75 from McKinney headed through Plano into Richardson, riding wheelies and stuff, when a Plano cop came up on us on a bike.. He gave chase to one of the guys I was with who was riding a 954rr.. Well we all followed in behind as the 954 set the wheelie down and laid in the throttle, and the cop tucked in behind him.. I'm sure it was a badass site to see 8 bikes hauling ass down 75 with a police cruiser with the cherries flashing in the number two spot..

954 guy lost him at the 635 interchange, he went west, we went east, and less than 20 minutes later the 954 came flying up on us on 35 just before sneaky Pete's.

That kind of pisses me off (that he got fired).

                      FTP
He should off just shot and killed the other rider and he would still have a job.
That's some bullshit that he lost his job for that, he was probably one of the few good cops.

They gotta get rid of the cool cops to make room for more power-tripping egomaniacs.

I would of bought that fat bastard a burger after that. Cops should take lessons from this guy. Would love for a cop to be like that and not just some power tripping honky. Every time i go ride i get eyeball fucked by every pig around.

Real question. Was it really turbo charged?

I highly doubt it, and if he was at all into bike performance, he'd know it wouldn't be a close race.
