Guess its a moot point since you already got a new phone but from what I've seen the LG G2 is supposed to be a monster of a phone
1971 Ford Torino - Time to go bigger and better.

      2011 F150 Limited - Stock with a 6.2

I went from from a droid razr maxx (which was great until it started getting slower after every update) to a galaxy s4. The screen size and speed upgrade is awesome, the battery life kinda sucks comparatively as a result, but it's worth the upgrade. I've had issues with the SD storage that I moved from my maxx to my s4, but I think it's just a formatting issue.

I like the phone. There are better units out but for the price (free) I cant complain. Its nice to use and has a great display.

As for LG, had a couple LG phones before and left me hating them. I am sure the new stuff is better. Hell my Plasma is 6 years old and an LG but still works like new.

I can't recommend Samdung products anymore since they caved to AT&Greed and started locking the bootloaders. Heck, any carrier branded phone for that matter. I'll not support the lockout of consumers from the devices they purchase, thus I'll buy Nexus or direct from the OEM(if I want another OE overlay on android).

Some devs are working for a bootsrap(bootloader exploit to bypass the bootloader), but atm, no.
