bars in Allen Tx

Staying the night in Allen and looking for a good bar to hang out at for a few hrs.

Any suggestions?

I know there are TONS of places up there but looking for places that you guys have been to and liked,

Not many bars in Allen. But I frequent Dodie's Sports bar off 75 and Stacy Road. It's ok.

something from about 7-9 PM to have a few drinks, nachos, etc.

No music required but if there is some descent music we would like that. If it is music in the "Sirius Octane station genre" that would be great but i would expect to find any around there especially from 7-9 PM, LOL.

I think we will try Dodies or Game On sports bar.

Any other suggestions?

yea if you have never been to a top golf, that's one of the few unique things in allen, tx (and even that is getting pretty widespread). it's overpriced but still fun.

near dodies there is an ipic movie theater and a splitsville bowling alley next door to it. both places are upscale (aka $).

at the shops of watters creek there is a village burger bar, londoner, savour, grimaldis, cru
