which one guys? i really really really like the iphone and the only reason i have not gotten on yet is because they do not offer the unlimited data plan, the Evo on the other hand has unlimited everything for 79 a month.. which one has better aps and shit like that??

Apps are about the same however the EVO does have several features that set it aside from the iPhone. There are several comparisons online

i would go with the evo, i have had an iphone since they came out with the 3g's. The only reason i got an ihpone 4 is cause if you had the unlimited data plan til they switched it to the non unlimited plan they still honored it..idk i could be wrong hopefully not..

I had ATT for a long while and had the iPhone 3 a bit. I decided to switch to Sprint and get the EVO and did not like it.

The service was fine and 4G was cool, when it was on, but the phone was terrible. There was a terrible lag when trying to text. Like I'd have to hold down each letter for a couple seconds for it to register.

The battery life is HORRIBLE. You have to turn off or limit the features of the phone to try to save the battery.

You're vulnerable to Trojan viruses and what not.

I went back to ATT and got the iPhone 4... no complaints.

I've never had an iPhone, but I do have an EVO and absolutely love it. Several of the apps I've gotten are free for EVO, but aren't for the iPhone. It's got the bigger screen and I love how user friendly it is.

Evo, iPhones never got my attention. I've got a battery charger with two extra batteries that I keep charged. They come in handy when I'm out and about. The only issue I have with mine is streaming movies. I get a timeout after 30 seconds and tells me the network is not responding, try again later.

Yup, it beats having to recharge the phone itself every night. Cj5.0 posted an eBay link to a manufacturer who was selling the battery kits for cheap. With as much usage I put mine through its worth it.

The battery lasts all day without charging if I don't use the internet or apps much, but if I'm on the net, playing games or watching TV/movies then I need to charge it mid-day as well.
