      There is another building in the parking lot that he does inspections ou of. Dudes been doing it for 30+ years and is just tired of working on cars and wants to retire and just do inspections. He used his money he made with that shop to buy a dozen rental properties. I don't think there will be an issue with work.

      I am not allowed to paint the bricks but will redo the trim in blue.

              Sorry, from the picture they looked like unfinshed concrete block. Yeah anything to increase curb appeal. Also cars in front. Door open, car on a lift. Anything to make it look like you are open and busy. PM Bcoop. There is a LOT of carry over from what makes a good restraunt/bar and what makes a good shop.

                One thing I have learned from successful business owners/friends of mine is: If you aren't constantly looking for ways to grow your business, you're not doing it right. Don't be afraid of a little debt. And finally, marketing is expensive because it's worth it.

                            Well today was the last day at the old shop. Sunday is lift teardown. Got my signs made so I couldn't resist to put them up. Droid don't do too well for night shots though. But its official now!
