Here is Jeremy's info. You can see the judgments against him, including mine, (Chris Hart). The judge actually awarded me 3800.00, which includes a bunch of repairs he said he did and took it out of the rent. ( I was in Phoenix and unable to facilitate repairs to:

Why all the even numbers? Where's the receipts? So, judge gave me that, on top of the back rent. I am sure I will never see a dime.

I am grateful my house is intact. I should have my shed replacement key tomorrow. I didn't want to bust out the windows or break the lock on it, I was afraid of igniting the meth lab I will probably find in there.
