Holy crap, SEMA is more bad ass than I can describe. We got to Vegas at about noon yesterday and have barely scratched the surface as far as seeing what there is to see. Sensory overload for sure.

The Blade XTR looks fantastic in person. My pics are terrible, but the interwebs is blowing up with pics. The BXR Motors booth was absolutely surrounded all day.

I'll do my best to document this crazy trip. In the mean time, cue Swingers soundtrack...

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Yesterday the creator was raising/lowering the car with his phone. Damnedest thing.

Them he needs to drop the average man act and make me think he's fucking Adrian newey. He seems above average, and if not...I'm damn sure not paying 250K for a car designed by and average man. This is what makes it sound like a body kit.

Car looks badass, sounds like its going to be badass (though I've seen no technical performance with respect to lap times), and I want to see something like this work out. When he's famous, then he can claim to be average.

Damn can't swing that. Don't make that CPA money.

Car is a prototype, so there are no lap times to be had just yet.

As far as your view of the message, I respectfully disagree. This is an instance where the truth is more powerful than spin. He is a guy that started in his garage and has been building a large following for years. Making him out to be something he's not would be disingenuous.

He may have humble beginnings, but that doesn't make him average in my book. I guess it's just 2 different perspectives, but if he did design a truly good car, he's far from average. And he's either got deep pockets or investors that know his skills are far from average. Either way, I look forward to seeing the car continue developing and the website looks great.

People that have a lot of money will give it up if they THINK it is a good idea, even if it really isnt. Sometimes they are looking to lose some for tax purposes, sometimes they feel that the idea will make them some money.
