did anyone catch the fact they made it from Manhattan to St. Louis in about 9-10 hours?! WOW. Averaging 98mph takes SERIOUS commitment...and a large bladder. The crazy part was they could have driven the speed limit from Texas on and MATCHED the record at somewhere just past half way.

I know Alex Roy did with a private plane to spot across a few states. I don't remember if he mentioned lead/bait cars in 32hrs.

I think Alex can break this, if he so chooses to, considering he almost 30 gallons less of gas versus this guy.
