IIRC, he wasnt going to be satisfied with any type of solution, and was going to piss and moan forever about getting screwed over, even if it wasnt the shop's fault. I remember thinking that the dude needed to decide it was over and just shut the fuck up.

But the mistakes they made were amateur at best and the only thing TJ did was go about the situation wrong and piss TS off, so they fucked him harder.
