I got to drive one a whole 50 feet when I worked at Courtesy Nissan taking pictures for them. Woo. Fuckers were watching me like a hawk when I was photographing it.

Read somewhere online that every year it needs everything, fluid wise ,replaced. Diff/tranny/radiator. I can only imagine the cost since a "certified" gtr specialist is only allowed to handle that car.

The best part of this will be when you see one in 20 years from now and it looks like someone is using it as a mobile chicken coop. Think Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo/Mitsu 3000 GT VR-4.

That is the place. Friend of mine, his son works there. I asked if he got to drive one. He said they are pretty much hands off on these.

I think you're wrong about that. Those cars didn't do shit back in the day except look cool for their time.

The GTR is a bad ass car, and skunks damn near anything 0-120. And a grandma could drive it fast, all you need to do is mash the skinny pedal and the technology does everything for you. Pricey? Yes. But impressive too. Of course you cheap fuckers would bitch about the price.

11.0 @ 125. What stock car for under $100k will beat it?

The GTR is fast but it also does great around a track.

Very true. I'm waiting for someone to mention a GT500. Not only will a GTR smoke it in a drag race, it will double smoke it on a road course.

Drop another 100k and it'll be fast.
