Wonder what keeps employees motivated with 0 chance of a raise whether you work 80 hours a week or 20 hours. I always look at raises, bonuses and so forth as a gauge of my performance.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

Guess I'm saying that I'd probably be moving on if it is one of those environments. Annoys the piss out of me when working with a bunch of slacker and pulling their weight too.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.

Count it as a blessing she is seeing the crap surface before walking in the door. Its probably worse inside.
At least they were up front with her instead of dangling the carrot for several years. However, if they suck that bad from the beginning, I can't imagine how bad they suck later. I'd start looking elsewhere.

So "entitled" is how it was explained to me at first, but basically it's just that no one below Director status gets raises ever.
The big problem as was brought out is trust. They didn't bring this up in the beginning, it was brought up on the 3rd day and they basically said if you want a pay check, sign this.
Shes most likely going to be looking for a new position.
No degree, but working towards it with the eventual goal of getting ChooPAWRX
