Local bus driver arrested for DWI with kids on board at 7am

FALLS COUNTY -- A Texas school bus driver is accused of being intoxicated while driving a school bus filled with students.

The bus driver drove for Rosebud-Lott High School in Falls County.

It was actually a student on the school who bus called or texted her mom Monday morning saying the bus driver was driving recklessly.

Her mother then called the police

Police then went looking for the bus filled with about 40 to 50 students.

When they pulled the bus over, driver Ralph Ucciferro was given a breathalyzer test.

Police say he was over the legal limit. He was was immediately arrested.
