Nothing new going on in my life. Hopefully things get better for the members having a bad week and congrats to those in their new adventures in life.

Thanks. I am not where I had hoped to be after college, however, I enjoy my job and the people I work with. It also helps that I can now put money in savings.

Had a phenomenal vacation in Colorado last month.

Got engaged while I was there to a chick that's way out of my league.

On the first day back at work, my boss called me into his office to tell me that I'm his first choice for a new management role that opens up in January.

The weather is getting nice so I've been doing some camping, with my next trip in less than 2 weeks.

Started a biggest loser contest at work exactly 1 week ago and I'm down almost 15 pounds already.

The holidays are upon us, and it's really my favorite time of year.

Ups and downs, but those are the positives. Sending out positive vibes to those who need it.

I was given a free boat with $500 worth of freshly recovered seats. Just needs detailing, reassemble and a relay swapped then it'll move across water. Bayliner Capri 1750.

I've been doing awesome, finally gaining steam and in full stride again since closing the bar. The last month has been a major turn around for me. A lot of good people and good luck going on.

School is pretty good so far this year. My 8th graders aren't jackasses which is a change from the last two years, so I'm pretty stoked about that. I work with some pretty good peeps in my hallway which is another plus.

Grad school is turning out to be easier than I thought it would be. More stressful than I like, but not too hard brains wise. Cost wise it's rough, but hopefully I can recoup with a better job in another year or so.

Also, the baby we are adopting is doing great! She's trying to crawl & is babbling her face off. Hopefully the adoption will be done next year with out issues from the state or bio mom. CPS says they won't giver her back to the bio mom at all, so that's good.

All that being said, my heart is broken for those of our group who are having a rough time. We've all been there, and it sucks so bad. Good vibes going out to everyone.
