FUBAR'd my lower back, which FUBAR'd my Saturday night.

Reinjured my lower back today son instead of atttending Ranch Bash right now, I am sprawled out on the floor, sippin on TX Whiskey. As busy as I have been lately a night of doing nothing would be a welcome change, but since I am in bad shape currently, I can't do anything I please, and that is what is driving me nuts.

Well gents, sit back and see if my posts get anymore incoherrent, I have pain to kill.

It seems to be pretty screwed up. i can run my hand down my spine and feel where vertebra aren;t in line as they should be. I will look into the massager though, or PM Strongnuff, his wife can help.

Made a visit to AC chiropractic (Andre's wife) and picked up the electric pulse massager. I am well on the road to recovery. I can walk without clenching pain in my back and no longer need drugs to get by.

They seem reasonable, and if you have insurance that will help. Their # is 817-284-2827, they are closed on Tuesdays, but open on Saturdays.

I've still got a good bit more recooperating to do, right now farting is cumbersome and painful. Any kind of forcing of turds or gas is not good right now.
