Got a new phone. But it won't let me sign into icloud. It keeps saying wrong password or ID. so I have reset the password several times and it still won't work. Now it's telling me my account has been disabled. Because I've exceeded my login attempts. HELP!

Sounds like you need to make an appointment with the GeniusBar ppl. Or.perhaps, call Apple diectly and maybe they can reset your iCloud password over the phone. IIRC ,once it's been disabled due to log in attempts, Apple is the only one who can recover the password or override it. That sucks.
