Hell, prenups are pretty common and enforceable in CA, just make sure you have her sign one that says if you pony up for any "cosmetic surgery" that she has to reimburse you (or deduct it from Alimony) if she leaves you or otherwise shuts you out before you get a good ROI.. 5 years maybe?
