Very sorry to hear about this. As others have said, I'll echo the same - it wasn't your fault and I'd like to tell you not to blame yourself, but I'm sure there's a roller coaster of emotions you are dealing with.

Stay strong, and thoughts with you and her family.

Try this frame of mind man. She wanted to learn, and wanted to ride. You did what any good boyfriend would do, you supported and helped her. I don't know you or her, however, I feel safe saying that the last thing she would ever want is for you to feel responsible for what happened.

As hard as it is, keep your head up. You and her family have my deepest condolences.

Hang in there, this is not your fault by any means.

Finally loaded up these pictures. Not sure why it took so long to load them. Maybe I was avoiding looking at them. Wish she was here to share more ADV memories with me instead of being in the great beyond wherever that maybe. I feel I have to share that neither of us were "believers". I appreciate the thoughts and prayers though. Positive feelings and thoughts are never a bad thing. She and I just never really bought into the religion thing.

It was a chilly morning. She was making her breakfast and decided she was cold so she put her riding jacket on lol .:freaky

She thought she ran out of fuel. Her DRZ seemed to have a faulty fuel valve. Switched to Reserve and it ran A-ok

                          • Keep ur head up downs. Holidays make it hard but ur strong. U shared the best memories she could have had I bet. Cherish that. I'm a little jealous myself. If I could get Mt wife and I on bikes and ride away for a few days, I'd be a happy camper.
