                                I too am sorry to hear this and would like to echo the opinions of it not being your fault. She did a safety course and I'm sure y'all were not hot dogging. It's a terrible accident that with worst possible outcome, but it's not your fault.

                                We can say it all we want, but it's not going to help right now. Just don't do anything emotional yourself right now.
