Damn. My uncle just died.
He was in his 50's.
He's been battling some inner demons for a while with prescription medications and mixing alcohol with them. He had wrecked his car from being all fucked up a few months back and my dad and I didn't think he would last much longer heading down the road he was on. He would randomly hurt himself so he could go to the hospital to get more pain killers.
I got a phone call arpund noon that he was found this morning and rigormortis had already set in, so he passed sometime last night.
Not sure exactly what the cause of death was, but at least he went in his sleep.
Unfortunately for my cousins, their mom (my mom's sister) is also battling terminal breat cancer which has spread to her bones, etc., so she's also on the down hill slide.
What a shitty day.
Guys, if you're in a hole and don't feel like you can get out, ask someone for help. A lot of times pride gets in the way, but if you need help, there's always someone you can talk to.
