Background to the story.

I took this report for this guy back in May. I saw the vehicle driving this past thursday. Stopped the vehicle due to traffic violation (Yes everyone hate traffic tickets). Towed the guys car due to no insurance and during the inventory located stolen Ipads. Detectives wrote a search warrant for his apartment and discovered the english bulldog during the search. When I called the owner back to let him know we located his 2 ipads, computer and dog, he broke down when I told him we had his dog. Ended up linking the suspect to 5 different burglaries in the area. Recovered multiple firearms, electronic, etc...
