Ok, so what kind of sauce is the green sauce? Is it what yale said, herdez?

Herdez isn't creamy. Its just mostly tomatillos

Couldn't hurt to experiment with some green chilies, tomatillos, and sour cream or even a little ranch....dang I need to try mixing some up.
