What is sad is the discontent towards police officers. What most of you guys fail to understand is that once the ordinance/law is written and a certain person complains about said ordinance. Whether its a citizen calling 911 or complaining to their council member, the officer usually receives the message from superiors and has to enforce the ordinance. No one wants to enforce impeding pedestrian traffic on a sidewalk if they don't have to. When someone complains about it, guess what the LEO have to do their job. FTP
