                    I used to know a couple: Tracy and Sam. Tracy the guy and Sam the girl (Samantha, fwiw, but everyone called her Sam). Always though that was funny.

                      my first name is paul and middle is alan. when filling out stuff that requires a middle initial i will always get called Paula vs. Paul A.
