A Myrtle Beach man was arrested twice for criminal domestic violence within about 12 hours; first for getting upset during a threesome with his girlfriend and her cousin, and again immediately after getting out of jail, according to police reports.
Terry Antone Jenkins, 25, was arrested and charged with criminal domestic violence after police responded to a call at about 8 a.m. on September 8. Jenkins's girlfriend and her cousin told the Horry County Police officer that they decided to have a threesome with Jenkins. He became angry when they continued having sex without him, the victim said, and he dragged her by her hair from the bedroom, struck her on the face, and kicked her in the stomach. The officer observed a 3-inch scratch on the victim's neck.
Jenkins admitted to getting upset, but said he did not strike either woman, the police report states. Due to the witness statement and the physical injury, Jenkins was arrested and taken to Horry County Detention Center.
At about 8 p.m., the same victim called police and said the Jenkins had come to her home and assaulted her again after being released from jail. According to the report, he struck her in the chest, took her cell phone and keys to her car, and then drove off in it.
Police responded and took a picture of a bruise left on the victim's chest, the report states. An officer called the victim's cell phone, and Jenkins identified himself, then hung up and turned the phone off.
The officer instructed dispatch to put out a "be on the lookout" order, and the car was located on Highway 501 at Floyd Page Road, the report states. Jenkins was arrested on a criminal domestic violence charge again, as well as a charge of use of vehicle without consent.
