If they're used like you did to help someone quit, that's awesome. I never smoked but I dipped/chewed from the time I was 13 until my late 30's. Believe me, I get it. Tobacco in any form is damned tough to walk away from. After all this time, I still get the urge and I have to fight it every time.

My thing is geared toward the public douchebags (thanks, Tali) who do the e-cig thing as their new evangelical hobby, daring anyone to say anything about smoking in public so they can make a huge scene about it and simultaneously educate the ignorant. I've heard HS kids are doing that instead of smoking which - if true - is not a bad thing either.

I usually ask before I do it in a bar. Hell, seen some restaurants have signs saying it is a no-no. Their property, their choice in my opinion. Most bar areas don't care and the patrons tend to be curious.

No reason why it wouldn't...just extract the THC from the weed and suspend it in PG/VG and vape it. Same process as extracting nicotine and vaping it.
