Solid barg incoming...
It's 42 right now at this kickass little cabin in Lake City, CO. Mostly sunny. Brief, scattered showers, but none since we got here 3 hrs ago. We're at about 9k'.
Just finished 4 nights tent camping North of Almont. About 10.2k'. Got down to 28 early mornings. LOTS of rain, some hail. Nothing we weren't prepared for. Highs of 70.
Saw deer up high, but nothing else yet. Plenty of elk hunters around. Spent a few hours on a pontoon boat Tuesday on Taylor Park Reservoir, didn't catch anything, but didn't try very hard. Have seen plenty of fish in the streams, but haven't tried for 'em, yet.
Leaving here Sunday morning. I hope TX is seeing fall weather by then.
Anyway, tell me it's hot as fuck there?
