I know we have collision and insurance people on the board here as well as parts people. What are your thought on the Parts Trader program that State Farm is forcing shops and vendors to use? Ive been reading online and some shops in Missisppi is suing State Farm and Parts Trader to block the program.

I'm almost to the point that I will not accept insurance work anymore because of bullshit like this. They can all suck my Cockasaurusmex.

When I was at oOps we spent a year building one an scrapped it and started from scratch because it sucked. In fact, they hired me because none of them had ever sold parts, so they had no idea how to "fix" it."If I asked people what they wanted, they would have said faster horses." - Henry Ford

it is not going anywhere. this has been active in a few other markets for over a year from what i was told. they have no intention of it failing, nor will they let it.
it is on my mind as well. roles are changing and drps are getting more bold in their demands. profits are shrinking to stay competitive.
i will stay on the train as long as the money is right.
