24 and still in it (I'm 31 now). However, We're about to put it on the market while the getting is good.

Going to move in over at my mother's while we look for a new place. That way we don't have to deal with apt leases and shit. I can also bank all that extra cash not spent on rent and utilities while we look. Then we can move in at our leisure once we find something.
