How old were you when you bought your first house?

Are you still living in it

If you have not bought a house why not?

      22 (in 1998) and it was a $40,000 2/1/1 in Hurst.

Great neighborhood. Hurst SWAT ripped the front door off of the house two doors down with the their van and flash banged the fuck out of them at 2am one night.

Still living in it? Hell no. Sold it to my brother (er, forced him to buy it, long story) in 2005.

24..... 3/2/2.5 in Hawaii. Unfortunately it wasn't cheap at all. (well it was pretty cheap for a 3/2/2.5 in Hawaii.)

Sold it earlier this year for almost 6 figure profit (lived in it for 3...and re-did all the flooring/paint)

              23. Although it was a condo(bring on the decade old jokes). First actual house, just turned 30 and got married. On my third and hopefully last property now, unless I move to a shack on a beach one day. The process is a huge PITA no matter how many times you've done it, although you get smarter about what you're looking for.

                    23 3/2/2 in Irving.

Still in it, but will be selling or making it a rental soon and moving back to a small apartment or buying a small condo.

(I'm cheap and don't have much stuff anyway, so I don't need more than 600sq ft)

                      26. Sold it for a little bit of profit. 34 now and on my 2nd home. Got it for about 50k less than its worth (foreclosure). Love the home, but would rather live in the woods. Lol.

Just bought my first house middle of this year. I'm 28, but I was stupid with my finances from 18-24, so getting back on track. Loving it so far, except for the mortgage payment lol. It's a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 living room house.
