I know. Someone I know moved away from Texas after conceal carry was administered bleeting the same thing.

It could be because there aren't a whole lot of those who do. VA is an open carry state and in the 13 years I've been here I have not seen one person do it. As far as your weapon of choice is concerned, that sounds like a personal issue. I have no problems conceal carrying full frame or compact guns. LOL, and how is an XDS hodgepodge?

Thats interesting as I have been here less than two years and seen it a few times. Even saw it once up in Arlington aka DC South.

Most of my dealings happen in Loudoun, west Fairfax, Prince William and Fauquier counties. Haven't seen a one open carry in those areas.

I've seen it in Arlington and Stafford. But only a few times, amazingly nobody had a quick draw competition etc.
