^^ Had a ticket come up for collections a few days ago for somewhat the same reason. Sold my motorcycle about 3 years ago and i guess they never changed anything..Got a ticket for parking on the side walk in fucking El Paso of all places...Filed the change of title thing and called the dmv there, lady basically told me I'd have to pay the 100 for the ticket or track the owner down..It's not worth 100 bucks to step foot in that town..

I don't think I can track the owner unless someone in Richland Hills knows where to find an all black 1986 2-door XJ 4x4 with a busted right rear taillight, max muscle sticker, lifted with bigger tires. Clearly my fault for not clearing the title. Calling the PD Monday maybe I can get it cleared up.
