Not currently licensed in CA, but can refer to a federal credit union if looking to do something soon. Otherwise, working on CA license (6 months to a year probably...no joke). Worst case I can still tell you if you're getting a good dea even if I can't originate it.

Well damn Trey, just posted in the "How old were you" thread that I'm looking to buy early next year. Things happen though, so I'll circle back with you sometime after the first of the year. My target is May, so that's within your 6 months to a year time frame.
